  1. what altitude rule does Mytraffic use?

I think you may have to get used to flying without Ai. The base product (FSX) does not provide the kind of functionality you are looking for, Burkhard can only work within the constraints of the FSX SDK. As far as I am aware there is not an Ai program available that correctly models the behavior you are looking for. Perhaps you could point us to your previous Ai programs that you state actually fly the correct flight levels and headings and then tell us why you are no longer using that product if it was suiting your needs so well. In short the FSX Ai system along with it's ATC is really not that great, perhaps you are expecting a little too much from a $50 game
  2. Phenom Hide control yokes?

Ralph, you cannot hide the yoke on the Phenom 100 no matter which of the seven OS's or two FS versions you may be running. D Scobie knows this well enough, I have no idea why he finds it so difficult to answer a straight question.
  3. My traffic 6 professional

    Show me the following sections from your C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\FSX.cfg And your C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX\Scenery.cfg Also tell me the path to where you have FSX installed And the Path to your MyTraffic directory C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\FSX.cfg [Main] DisablePreLoad=1 FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.12 User Objects=Airplane, Helicopter SimObjectPaths.0=SimObjects\Airplanes SimObjectPaths.1=SimObjects\Rotorcraft SimObjectPaths.2=SimObjects\GroundVehicles SimObjectPaths.3=SimObjects\Boats SimObjectPaths.4=SimObjects\Animals SimObjectPaths.5=SimObjects\Misc SimObjectPaths.6=MyTraffic\Aircraft C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX\Scenery.cfg [Area.132] Title=Propeller Objects Layer=132 Active=TRUE Required=TRUE Local=Scenery\Props [Area.133] Title=MyTraffic Layer=133 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE Local=MyTraffic [Area.134] Title=Addon Scenery Layer=134 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE Local=Addon Scenery
  4. My traffic 6 professional

1: Add the path to your MyTraffic directory to your FSX.cfg (your path not mine) [Main] DisablePreLoad=1 FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.12 User Objects=Airplane, Helicopter SimObjectPaths.0=SimObjects\Airplanes SimObjectPaths.1=SimObjects\Rotorcraft SimObjectPaths.2=SimObjects\GroundVehicles SimObjectPaths.3=SimObjects\Boats SimObjectPaths.4=SimObjects\Animals SimObjectPaths.5=SimObjects\Misc SimObjectPaths.6=MyTraffic\Aircraft 2: Add the MyTraffic Directory to your Scenery.cfg (the one in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\FSX\) and move the entry to be between "propeller objects" and "addon sceneries" 3: rename \FSX\Scenery\World\Scenery\trafficAircraft.bgl to trafficAircraft.passive (gets rid of the default traffic) As nobody here has a clue which simulator you are trying to install into that's the best I can do. The installation instructions are very easy to understand
  5. Rename your \Scenery\World\Scenery\trafficAircraft.bgl file to trafficAircraft.bgl.passive
  6. FSXGenius is now in prison in the UK for defrauding simmers who bought PC systems from him.
  7. You need Flight1 Soundstream to keep FSX sounds playing when you switch windows http://www.flight1.com/products.asp?product=soundstream
  8. Patch to MyTraffic 6.0

I used to see Wizzair at EGGW in 5.3 and 5.4 but they seem to be missing now What I do have is loads of Easyjet at EGGW and EGKK far too many really.
  9. Alan, thanks for the reply and I have edited the suggested files, took a little longer than 10 mins but that is not the issue. As a service to your customers going forward would it not just be easier all round to update the MY6 Alias installer so that it is not broken. It must make supporting your product easier to not have support questions being asked in the first place, having to help users through the hand editing of cfg files is not going to make your life any easier. Not every user is comfortable with editing files, it is easy to forget that there are a lot of users who are not experts at this kind of thing and are more used to buying software that just works.
  10. Alan, Do you have any plans to update the MT6 alias installer ?
  11. Issues with FSUIP

Fsuipc allows access to many more controls than are available through the FSX controls dialog , please read "FSX\Modules\FSUIPC Documents\List of FSX and P3D controls.pdf" to gain an appreciation of the controls you will have access to through Fsuipc
  12. feelThere Phenom Glass Reflection Fix

Just tried that method, works well for me, thanks. Why could Feelthere not have done this, the over the top reflections were critisised when the addon was released but as usual Devs never listen.
  13. feelThere Phenom Glass Reflection Fix

I have put them online at dropbox if anyone else wants them https://www.dropbox.com/s/8fzrzkgl65bnfrh/FT%20phenom%20windscreen_Reflections.zip
  14. Issues with P3D V2 please help

Where have you put the SimObjectPaths.1=MyTraffic\Aircraft line, I ask because when I put it in the recommended position further down just after SimObjectPaths.6=SimObjects\Misc I could not get it to work I moved it up to SimObjectPaths.1= and renumbered the rest and I had traffic. So if you have the Mytraffic directory within your Prepar3Dv2 folder and have added it to your scenery config try moving the line SimObjectPaths.x=MyTraffic\Aircraft Mine looks like this: SimObjectPaths.0=SimObjects\Airplanes SimObjectPaths.1=MyTraffic\Aircraft SimObjectPaths.2=SimObjects\Rotorcraft SimObjectPaths.3=SimObjects\GroundVehicles SimObjectPaths.4=SimObjects\Boats SimObjectPaths.5=SimObjects\Animals SimObjectPaths.6=SimObjects\Misc SimObjectPaths.7=SimObjects\Submersible SimObjectPaths.8=SimObjects\Weapons SimObjectPaths.9=SimObjects\Countermeasures My MytrafficX is in the \ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v2\Scenery.cfg just above propeller objects I noticed that P3D scenery library had added the full path name so I edited it to the relative path [Area.116] Title=MyTraffic Local=MyTraffic Layer=116 Active=TRUE Required=FALSE To get your default traffic back just rename your \Prepar3D v2\scenery\World\scenery\trafficAircraft.passive back to trafficAircraft.bgl Don't forget the .bgl part
