404 Error not found

Hi Guys, Followed frooglesim's tutorial to get the above working but I get same program or class already running when I try start WideFS.exe on my other pc but FSX states it's waiting on a connection, please be gentle this is all new to me and I did a search but did not find anything like this. Peter
