  1. Thanks for the information, Pete. I will be re-reading the manual again re: your suggestion. I have it conveniently located on my (Windows 10) desktop. Bob
  2. Registired User FSUIPC 4. I just discovered Traffic Zapper (TZ) which will come in handy as I switched my AI Traffic program from UT2 to MyTraffic 6. UT2 had a method of eliminating any conflicting traffic by pressing a few keys but I haven't found any way to do this with MT6. I have TZ working correctly but have not used it in a flight, yet. Three questions: When you "zap" an AI aircraft with Traffic Zapper, is it permanently gone or is there an interval of a few minutes after which it will return to the pool of AI traffic being displayed? What is the minimum distance from the AI aircraft you want to zap for it to be effective? Does it zap only aircraft directly in front of you or will it also zap other AI planes in your immediate vicinity (similar to UT2)? Thank you, Bob
  3. Pete, I have FSUIPC registered, version 4.667, and ASE Build 644. I use Standard Mode only in ASE, I have the "UseASEWeather=Yes" in the General section of the fsuipc4.ini file. But from what you have said above, it appears that I should change the "yes" to a "no" since "yes" only applies to DWC mode. Is that correct? Thanks.
  4. OK, thanks for the response, Pete. Problem fixed. See above post.
  5. Problem resolved. After posting above, I reloaded FSX and got the same error message as mentioned above. However, after clicking the option to continue, FSX loaded and ran normally. I then exited out of FSX, reloaded the sim, and this time, there was no error message. I have no idea why I was getting the error message but everything now seems to be fine.
  6. I'm registered user of fsuipc. I installed the 4.667 dll file into the FSX modules folder (overwriting 4.661). Now, when I load FSX, I get an error message, "Flight Simulator Detected Problem with 3rd Party Program" and then identifies fsuipc as the program causing the error. FSX subsequently fails to load completely. Anyone know what's causing this errror message? Is 4.661 still available and, if so, where is it located? Thanks. Bob
