  1. I have no current plans to update Schedule Creator. What you can do is create an ATL schedule, and then do a search/replace (using Notepad, for example), and change all the AirTran codes to JetBlue codes. Just be sure JetBlue is included in the terminal file or it will never appear if it has no place to park.
  2. Yes, but you have to name the file klax_schedule. txt, for example, and place it in the Extensions/Airfields/KLAX folder, for example.
  3. It is not quite as simple as adding them to SC. SC is based on actual flights at the airports and imports the destination, aircraft, flight number, etc. So, I would have to redo the entire schedules and hope that some 788, 748 and 388 aircraft are captured. It might be easier for you to make a schedule and then convert some of the 777 to 788, for example. I don't know when I would have the time to redo 24 schedules from scratch. Thanks for your compliment and interest.
  4. Unfortunately, May 4 is also the 47th anniversary of the Kent State shootings. http://fox8.com/2017/05/04/remembering-the-1970-kent-state-shootings-47-years-later/
  5. I think it was their first airport and was fairly easy to design...but not sure why it was included. Updating the schedule probably won't change things much. I don't even use it anymore.
  6. Thanks for your interest. Based on my list of available Tower airports, SC does not include KSMF, KIND, KPDX, KMSY, PHNL, and KEYW. Making a new schedule does involve quite a bit of work and requires a copy of the terminal assignment file in order to make it as accurate as possible. I do not currently own copies of the listed airports. I may work on some of these during the winter of 2017 but really don't have time right now.
  7. Probably not. There are very few airline flights to TIST by comparison to other airports.
  8. I have never had a problem with the comment lines in either Tower product.
  9. It is not clear to me if you have tried Schedule Creator. And, how many flights do you want? You can generate up to 2880 flights over whatever time period you wish using SC. So, if you chose a 6-hour schedule, that would be 480 flights per hour. That seems pretty challenging to me! I don't know the exact number or the time distribution, but I think LAX handles about 1600 flights per day. You can use the schedule files for both Tower!2011 and Tower!3D.
  10. Thanks for the suggestion. I don't know when I will be revising Schedule Creator. You can already select the name of your schedule file but I guess I could make it "automatic."
  11. Tower 2011 and Tower3D, as you poiinted out, also need major revisions to their terminal files. The airline files could be 100% accurate but it will not matter unless the terminal files are realistic and accurate.
  12. No. The data are included in the program and it cannot be accessed by users. You could create you own DEN schedule by hand following the required schedule format using data from FlightAware or other flight tracking program. You could make a schedule for LAX, for example, and then using Notepad replace LAX with DEN. Probably will work since the airports have many airlines in common.
  13. I will take a look at that. 11/28/2016: I have looked at this and there are so few flights from PHMK that I don't think it is worth it. They all seem to be in smaller aircraft with PHNL as the only destination. Sorry.
  14. Is KAL250 a 788 aircraft? None of my 788s at LAX appear on the DBRITE after departure, but, interestingly, they appear on the DBRITE when on approach. Appears to be some sort of departure problem with the 788s.
  15. First, did you run Schedule Creator as administrator? Second, be sure the name of the schedule file in Tower3D is "klax_schedule.txt" and that it is in the proper folder "...extensions/airfields/klax". The only problem I have ever had with the 70% loading error is when the file has the incorrect name or is in the incorrect folder. I use SC24 all the time to create new schedules of various sizes and times.
  16. Some duplicate flight numbers were inadvertently included with the Tower3D schedules. The simplest solution is to identify the flights and then edit the schedule by changing the flight numbers. This situation should be corrected in future schedules. Here is a schedule that should be duplicate-free. It needs to be renamed "klax_schedule.txt" before adding to Tower3D. LAX.2639.schedule.txt
  17. Run the sim using the "tower3d.bat" file found in the Tower3D folder, and then post the resulting "game.log" file. Takes up a lot less space on the forum!
  18. Thanks. There is also a version for Tracon that includes the satellite airports but it is not up-to-date. The only disadvantage of using SC schedules with Tracon is that the satellite airports in a sector are not included.
  19. I can live with the current basic commands as long as two monitors are supported! Good work, Vic.
  20. Until then, you can always edit a schedule to include 788 for example. At LAX, you could change a few United, American, and Air Canada flights from their current aircraft to 788. Be sure to use 788.
  21. Confusing Real Traffic and Real Color?
  22. As a further test, I made a KLAX schedule with 600 787 aircraft and 600 747-800 aircraft. Tower3D loaded correctly and ran correctly at all hours.
  23. I don't think that is a problem either. I manually edited the schedule I posted to include 788 and 748 aircraft and Tower3D loaded and ran without problems. But, you are correct, Schedule Creator 24 does not include the new aircraft because they were not in the original aircraft file for Tower 2011. I will change that in the next version.
  24. As the author of Schedule Creator, I am particularly concerned about this. I have RT SP4 installed. So, I created a new, 1200-flight schedule for KLAX using SC 24 V1 and tested it at 6 different starting times (1:00-21:00) separated by 4 hours. The sim loaded correctly and performed correctly each time. I have noted that if the schedule file is not in the correct folder or does not have the correct name, the sim does stop loading at 70%. For KLAX, this should be (tower3d/ refers to your installation location): tower3d/extensions/airfields/klax/klax_schedule.txt What I have noted is that there is about a 55-minute difference between the time chosen (8:00 for example) and the time the first flight is loaded (the time shown at the top of the display). No idea why this is the case, but I have brought it to the attention of the developers. I don't think problem this has anything to do with the schedules. My schedule is attached. klax_schedule.txt
  25. JFK is the departure airport. RDU is the destination airport. CR7 is the aircraft. G7 is the airline IATA code. 12:00 is the arrival time at RDU. The sim does not use this time so it was just set to 12:00 because an entry is required. 13:36 is the departure time from JFK. The sim does use this time. 1 is the arbitrary flight time. The sim does not use this time but an entry is required. G7 is the airline sharecode. This is not used by the sim. The original intent, I think, was that some airlines share a parking space. For example, if this was a United flight (UA) parking at an American (AA) gate, the sharecode would be AA. May not be totally what the original schedule maker meant, but you get the idea. You have to edit the terminal file to show current airlines. Tower 2011 and Tower 3D have very incomplete terminal files. Attached is a copy of mine for LAX. It also contains some cargo assignments which I use with Tower 2011 but do not affect Tower 3D. The name of the file is the one required by Tower 3D for KLAX. klax_terminal.txt
