Beware that if u have windows 10 there are 2 documents folders, i had it also in the past, where i have the ordinary Documents folder and one in users/name/documents. installation of fsuipc was all the time in users/name/documents, so nothing registered in the sim. it took a long time before i was aware of this issue. ps like John said that OneDrive thing messed with al those folders

Yes sir John cannot be started and i dont have set FSUIPC as administrator. Strange he. Greetings. ps i dont have modificated the batch file, maybe thast the culprit, im gonna do it now

Thanks John i put all te exe programs in the FSUIPC Command "programs" "run1" "ready" etc so i only have to manually start fsuipc, thanks for the tip. ps autostart with fsuipc dont work either its a sim issue i guess, i attached fsuipc.ini (last lines) FSUIPC7.ini

Same here, even more, nothing loads from the exe.xml, have to start everything manually, the exe.xml i have deleted, reinstalled etc but still nothing, i will attach it , thank u for looking at it, greets. EXE.xml

Thank u John the error was that it installed in another documents folder in windows 10, it was there all the time, now its in the right documents folder, thanks for u help.

Hello Pete and son, good evening, i have both P3D4 and P3D5 side by side installed. Fsuipc in P3D4 was installed in the root "modules" folder and in P3D5 its installed as an addon.xml in my documents/P3D5 addons. When i installed the new version i wanted to change the installation in P3D4 also as addon.xml in my documents/P3D4 addons but now i have problems. It only installed in P3D5 and not in P3D4 (no DLL's etc). I saw there was still an uninstaller in P3D4 modules folder but when i click that uninstaller it says "cannot determine which version of P3D to uninstall FSUIPC. so i uninstalled everything and reinstall but the uninstaller in "modules folder P3D4" stays there and thus i cannot install in P3D4 documents folder. When i run the installer (tried with v4 and v5 together and seperate) it says finished but nothing there in P3D4 documents folder. When i uninstall fsuipc via my programs and features the uninstaller is still visible in P3D4 root modules folder thus i think its a registry issue. How can i solve this? Hello sir John and Pete, the simconnect lost problem is back in P3D5.1 after 6 hours in flight, i try to replicate it now with simconnect log enabled. The file become very large (3gb atm), can u see or conclude something already if i post the log file or do i wait few hours more untill vpilot and my controls input etc dont responds anymore ?Thanks in advance. ps how do i post it if im only allowed max 4.88mb upload?

Hy John, i updated fsuipc (was older version), rex skyforce for p3dv5 (suspected), installed the simconnects redists from p3d5, active sky also updated, gsx update and pmdg did also a micro-update sincerely

Strange that in p3d4 which i still use, this issue not occurs, im flying very long legs with no problem, only p3d5 is affected. Thanks sir John, happy days to u, greetings

I also had this issue in all versions of p3dv5 since the beginning and not using Rex Skyforce anymore seems to stop the simconnect loss after 6,7, .. hours in flight, will test more. Can anyone confirm?
