  1. That wasn't the case in previous versions. Wasn't there demo versions that showed buttons switches axiis.....etc?
  2. I followed the installation guide and I still do not see tabs for buttons, switches axis....etc. I attached a portion of the install log below. It is giving a warning INSTALLATION FOR Prepar3D v4: SetupPath="F:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\" Checking version of the Prepar3D v4 EXE: ... Version 4.0.23.21468 (Need at least 4.0.20.21316) !! WARNING !! This version of Prepar3D is later than any known by this FSUIPC5. There may be problems. Please check for a later version of FSUIPC5! Checking if there's already a version of FSUIPC5 installed in: F:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Modules\FSUIPC5.DLL ... No previous valid version found. Prepar3D v4 Modules folder created okay!
  3. I downloaded v5 but when I open it in the addon menu in prepar3d v4 there are no tabs for button, keys and axis to assign. Flightman
  4. HEY Pete, I think if more people spent a little more time reading these posts, you would get alot less annoying posts. Alot of these posts are redundant, It seems as though people are just not getting it!!!
  5. Where can I find Version 5? Thank you
  6. MyTraffic 6 Help

  8. MyTraffic 6 Help

I'm not sure which little file folders.txt you are referring too?
  9. MyTraffic 6 Help

Here are the steps I took: I intsalled MyTraffic in F:\MyTraffic Professional\MyTraffic Opened the MyTraffic Communicator Clicked on Configure My Traffic/Localized MYTraffic and the path came up F:\MyTraffic Professional\MyTraffic. Hit OK Clicked on Manage FSX ( I only have FSXSteam in my system)' and Clicked on Localize FSX. The path to the simulator came up. Hit OK Now the next step is to quit the communicator. I tried to X out of communicator and it will not close. I then right clicked and selected "Close" It still would not close. So I went to task manager and ended the process. I then reopened the communicator and clicked on Manage FSX.Cfg which happens to be highlighted in bold letters. Nothing happens when I click on it. I should be getting Editor to config the FSX.cfg.but I don't. This is as far as I was able to go. What do I do NEXT!!! This is the most frustrating software I have ever tried to install. Flightman49

  11. PMDG Control Event 69850 with FSUIPC

    ok......Thanks Pete
  12. I am trying to set the cabin pressure in the PMDG 737 with a rotary encoder, I have no problem increasing the cabin pressure in increments of 500 when I turn the rotary shaft clockwise. When I turn the shaft counterclockwise it continues to increase the cabin pressure, How can I get it to decrease? I've tried different parameter combinations without success.. Frank
  13. Mouse Macro Not Working

Thanks for your quick response. I do use the PMDG custom Control Events. I was just interested in knowing how mouse macros work. Obviously I will stay with the custom controls Thanks
  14. Can't get the mouse macro to run. First let me tell you what I have Fsx Steam Edition PMDG 737 NGX Fsuipc 4.4.949 Open FSUIPC from the addon dialog. In FSUIPC I go to the "Buttons+Switches" page and click "Create Mouse Macro". I Enter a file name in the dialog that shows up. I press Ok, I Press Ok again to return to the cockpit view. I click on the button/dial I want to record and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Frank Flightman49
  15. OK ...Thanks . I'll see what I can find out on the LM board Frank
