It says to register SBrelay under button 'Register an application program' in FSUICP.I donnot seem to have that button on the general page.There is just register WS and the main registration for FSUICP? Since you have a registered copy of FSUIPC you have no need to register any application separately. You have universal access to all. This is why the button disappears.
