The SimFlight India team is happy to announce The 2006 "Capture India" Screenshot Competition giving you a perfect opportunity to share your flight simulation experiences and a chance to win a copy of ‘MyTraffic X’ an FSX add-on  worth 39 Euro’s (Approx Rs.2,200).  The competition is open up to December 31, 2006. Entering the competition is simple. Read the rules below, snap your screenshot and attach your entry to a new post in this forum. That’s it!

RULES

•Screenshot must be related to India, be it aircraft, scenery etc.  For example an Air India 747 can be captured landing in JFK or a USAF F15 can be captured soaring over the Himalayas.

•A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 entries per person. Your name, location, email and details of the screenshot including type of aircraft, scenery etc must be mentioned.

•Screenshot resolution must not be less than 640x480pixels and not more than 1024x768 pixels.

•No editing of image except for cropping and resizing. Black and White images are allowed.

•Screenshots can be from any Flight Simulator, not Microsoft Flight Simulator alone.

•Screenshots should be submitted by the person who took them. Do not submit entries that have not been taken by you.

•The Closing Date for the competition is 2359 Indian Standard Time December 31, 2006.

•Simflight India Team will judge the entries based on composition, lighting, aesthetics etc and announce the winner within 7 days of the competition Closing Date. It will be at Simflight India's sole discretion to judge the competition and to decide on the winning entries. The judge's decision will be final.

•Entries may be displayed by SimFlight India on its website or used by SimFlight  to advertise.

I understand number of members are having some issues with forum registration, hence unable to contribute. I think the problem has now been resolved.

We have now extended the last date of competition to February 7, 2007

Winner will be announced at the Bangalore Air Show(AERO India 2007)
