Hi Pete great program. Its benn a while since I have used FSX. I have reinstalled windows. My old key doesnt work does that mean i have to buy another one?

No, there's no change in keys. Your FSUIPC4 key lasts forever, and would an FSUIPC3 key, but only for those separate products. So make sure you are using the right one. The name and email you enter must also be exactly correctly, exactly as you originally used, not any new email address or change in name spelling.
