At Simmarket. 5.4 is a major relaease and only available as a full installer for a very low price for existing costumors at Simmarket.

I have 5.4 and I am reading that there are patch updates (fixes)

There is a vast difference between a patch and an update. A patch does not contain new items, but fixes issues with existing ones. An update brings new items.
