I am running FSC9 with Windows 7 and FS9. Although I have checked 'Connect to FS' and 'GPS window' this does not appear on FS9.  Am I doing something wrong as everything else seems to be working fine?
Thanks,
Malcolm

Hi Malcom,
Open the folder of the FSCommander. Open the file FSC.INI with an editor.
Search for the entries GPSWINX = and GPSWINY =.
Replace the existing values, each with 0 (zero). Save the file.
Make also sure that the GPD Window is activated.

Regards,
Volker

Thanks Heine.  I will try that later when I am on line but not sure what you mean by 'make sure the GPD window is activated.'

Make sure that in the GPS menu the GPS Window is activated.

I tried to find the files you refer to but I cannot find FSCommander anywhere on my computer.  I have a shortcut FSC.exe on my desktop which opens FSC but a search did not find the folder with the files in so I'm a bit puzzled.  Not being a techie I don't know what to do now. Can you help me please?

Malcolm -  If you right click on the desktop shortcut and choose 'Open file location' it will take you there.

No luck.  It just takes me to the desktop folder where the fsc.exe is stored.  I still cannot access the folders.  Very weird.  If I click on that it just opens FSC not the files.

Hi Malcom,

Is it possible that you send me the file FSC.INI via e-mail?
My e-mail address you can find at the bottom of the homepage www.FSCommander.com

Thanks for your help.  I put in a search for FSC.ini and found the files, amended them and saved and it is now working.  Thanks again.
