Hi; I hope someone will see this post and be able to assist. I have e-mailed support, sent a pm and still no help. I have re-formatted my system and now i get two error messages when trying to install the DC-9. Your key is not valid and your key is not associated with your product. Product was purchased via SimMarket and order# can be sent via pm if required. Thanks in advance, David
