Depending on which FS you use you should be using version 4.90 or 3.999z2. No earlier ones are supported, and in any case may not work at some stage becase of the signature revocation. As I've now said for the third time, and as the Notice you referred to clearly states. Please just go and do it and stop asking the same question.
