scoobflight
did windows just do an update prior to problem? did you install any other programs just prior to problem?
NMaggio
Thanks for replying..... To the best of my knowledge, there were no Windows updates prior to the problem and no programs were installed. Whatever the difficulty is, it affects both FeelThere products; Tower! 2011 and Tracon 2012. The only anomoly prior to the programs not functioning was the process of condensing an external Ebook drive by Western Digital. The process failed to complete. The only way to stop the process was a hard reset of the computer. Tracon and Tower had no relationship to the backup drive. All other programs on the computer seem to function normally. NMaggio
Checking CCleaner, I find that, indeed, there was a Windows update on the 5th. Is there a workaround? Thanks, Nick
