FSuipc and PMDG

Hello all

 

This might be a stupid question, especially for my first post, but anyway;

I just bought fsuipc and I will receive my Saitek yoke Tuesday (own Christmas present ;)) and I'm trying it out with my joystick.

However, I read in the pmdg manual that I'm not supposed ot use the axis setup in fsuipc with the pmdg.

How literally do I have to understand that? Just not use it with the plane or only not using the curves etc?

Sorry, I do not know why they say that.  Best ask over in a PMDG support forum I think.

I have been using the NGX since release with controller axis setup in FSUIPC, all axis cleared in FSX.

 

The most important for the NGX are the throttles, these I have set using the 'Send to FS as normal axis' option, calibrated only in the Windows game control panel,

How do you set the " send to fs" option? it is greyed out on your screenshot too? thanks for it though :)

It is only greyed out when you can't change it! You can't change it if you've made an assignment using it. You need to deselect the assignment, below, first!

Please use lower case as well as UPPER case as otherwise it is almost unreadable.

 

Also, you are posting in a completely unrelated thread. You do NOT have the same problem. You've probably just got conflicting assignments because you are trying to do assignments in FSUIPC for some reason, but haven't disabled controllers in FSX.

 

Please post again, using normal typing, in your own thread and with a suitable title. And try using sentences and paragraphs.
