hawkeye53 Posted February 1, 2015 Report Share Posted February 1, 2015 Today I had to uninstall my copy of ejetsv2. When I went to reinstall it with a copy I had saved, I could not get past the screen where the registration code is entered. All of the registration code characters are entered correctly, but the "Next" button remains greyed out. I have tried installing it both by double-clicking on the .exe file and also trying running it as administrator. I even shut down my whole system and restarted it. I have not done a system restore, which is my next option, but I really do not want to do that. I have also sent an email to bmt micro. Any thoughts on what the problem might be? Thanks in advance.
