Setting Up FSUIPC For First Timer

I bought FSUIPC to utilize the FADEC on the Eaglesoft Citation X 2.0. I have an AV8R-01 Saitek joystick. 

 

I don't see a quick start manual, so please guide me to that first. First problem I noticed is that the throttles won't travel past 50% power from 100% Just need to know how to setup dual throttle.

As pointed out in the Installation guide included in the ZIP file you downloaded, all the documentation is in the FSUIPC Documents subfolder, withing the FS Modules folder.

 

First stop is the User Guide, which contains chapters on each separate aspect of the facilities provided. I suspect the first part you want to look at, after possibly the Introductory sections, will be the chapter on joystick calibration, where you will find numbered step by step instructions. There are even some pictures to help.
