Simmarket password recovery

To send a ticket password is required

We walk round and round.

I have a customer number but it is not planed for connection.

I've lost my password and after 3 requests they still haven't replied.

 

Is there an other company to buy your products.

Hi

 

Sorry if that form don't resquest a password it needs an old email address. Then my email hasn't changed, I have just lost my password and it is not possible to give same adress for old and new one.

 

I have re-sent 2 tickets one with email link and one with ID client without result ie in my spanfolder

Can you PM* me your customer number and e-mail address, please? I'll try and get someone from simMarket to look at it for you. It probably won't be until next week, now, though, because the contact I have may not pick up their e-mail over the weekend.
