I have not see my register key in my sim order

I have bought FSUIPC.But my simmarket oeder do not show me any thing about my regster information.Such as Products Ordered:

1 x PETE DOWSON - FSUIPC4 (2068) = EUR 24.00
Select Package Single License
Sold by simFlight GmbH
Sub-Total: EUR 24.00
included Tax: EUR 0.00
Total: EUR 24.00

There is no name no email no 12key ....

My order NO.is 1330085.

I sent a pic for you.Plz help me solve the problem.Thank you very much!!!

All registration information is held in your account. Just log on to SimMarket, open your account, and retrieve it there. It is not sent by email.

I know it.I had bought many many thing on simmarket.But there is nothing on my order which I bought.I have sent a ZIP(pic include) file to you.You can see the PIC which is the detail about my order.I have not see nothing about my register information...

Please don't flood this forum with messages! I cannot sit in front of my PC just waiting for messages to answer. I do have other things to do, you know, and a life to lead!

 

I've just gone to your order and it is exactly as all others, the registration key is plain to see. You must be looking in the wrong place.

 

I have nothing to do with sales in any case, all I can do is check. If you have a problem finding the right place you must raise a problem ticket with SimMarket.

 

I must say I have never had anyone before with such a strange problem. Since the process in SimMarket is all automated I really don't see that your order can be treated differently to any other.

I have solved the problem with sent ticket to simmarket.They made the system wrong,they do not auto making key for me.But I still thank you for your reply.

How odd -- a computer problem their end I suppose? I'm glad it was sorted out, on the same day as the order too. It isn't bad service.
