Unable to connect (answered)

 Hi Volker,
 I have reintalled several times but keep getting the msg 
 "Unable to connect to simulator!
 Msg# (no process response)
 I am using FSX Steam edition purchased 1/10/16. I was using FSC in Steam succesfully til I had to re-format.
 FSUIP 4.957
 I do not use FS Commander in a network
 FLIGHT SIM COMMANDER  VS 9.6 Rev7    FROM SIMMARKET 17/10/16
 Airac cycle is Navigraph 1713       7/12/17
 Purchased from Simmarket 17/10/16. Downloaded from your website
 Operating System:  Windows 10 Home 64 bit
 My"C" drive is an SSD m.2 drive, my "D" drive is a 3.5" platter.
 Memory is Corsair 16 bit  2 x 8gb DDR4
 Graphics card    Galax Geforce GTX1080
 Monitors used = 4    1 x FSX.  +  1 x FS Commander.  +  1 x Navigraph charts  +  1 x Notepad. I have used this system for many years without a problem.
 FSX Steam is in  C:\ Program files 86  Steam  Steam Apps  Common  FSX
 FS Commander is in D:\  "Run as Administrator"
 FSCDb Manager path C:\  Program files 86  Steam  Steam Apps  Common  FSX  "Run as Administrator"
 I went into FSX, Properties, security &  ticked "Full control"
 My"C" drive is an SSD m.2 drive, my "D" drive is a 3.5" Western Digital

Hi ???,

This error message is not caused by the FlightSim Commander.
Your FSUIPC4 4.957 is totally outdated !
Before we find the cause install the current FSUIPC 4.972 as administrator.
