P3D 4.1 FSUIPC 123a error

Hello
I apologize for my english after installing fsuipc 5.123
I am 
windows 10 x64

by opening p3d v4.1 I have an error

"can not operate something wrong with simconnect librairy
memory problems detected operation restricted "

if I remove the lines from the Dll.xlm file

the problem disappears someone has an idea

Hello, 

I have installed fsuipc 5.123a over 5.122a. It gives error messagesduring startup such as "..Memory problems detected! Operations restricted..". I tried to return to 5.122a, then p3d gived simconnect errors. I have p3d v4.1 academic. Here are the log detals,

Hello, 

Installed the 123a version on my 4.1 and received an error popup at start of P3d and found an error in the log

Same here, FSUIPC 5.123a on P3Dv4.1 got the "Cannot operate!Something wrong with SimConnect library" box and here is the extract fromt he log

   52093 Exception 5 "VERSION_MISMATCH", Ref 1, Version 1.0: Open: SimConnect Version incorrect!

Please advise where is fix.
