  1. Some great points raised in this thread and thank you Avwriter for kicking it off. Some ideas of mine would be :- 1/ Option to Pan or Snap the view. 2/ If we can't zoom any further how about some static camara views strategically placed at the end of some longer runways. 3/ More information on the Strip tiles, ie Taxing to Runway XX, waiting to cross runway or just the last instruction it was given etc. I get sooooooo confused when things get busy as to who i gave what command to. 4/ To be able to sort the tiles by drag and drop. 5/ To improve engine sounds of the planes and cut out car traffic noise all together. 6/ I know it's been mentioned before but to be able to save screen settings would be fantastic. Great sim and I'm enjoying it so keep up the great work done so far. Stumpy
  2. I found this by accident and someone has probably found it and posted already so forgive me for duplicating things. If you hold the "Left Shift" button down and click a plane in the flight strip or Adirs the view pans to the plane without having to endlessly clicking the "Clear" button in the Command line. :) Stumpy
  3. Hmmm, not too sure what going on with my schedules. Since I installed Real Traffic I hardly get any traffic at all now. With the traffic ramped up to 100% at LAX with a start time of 08:00 the first DEP I see is QXE2194 @ 09:05.....then nothing until AMX631 @ 09:31. According to the KLAX_schedule file I should have had 28 departures and 23 arrivals in that time frame but i got 2. It's actually busier at 50% then I get 4 dep, and 3 Arr. Anyone else seeing this? I have uninstalled Tower!3D and reinstalled it and it's no different. I have not altered any of the schedule timetables at all. Unfortunately I can't attach the output file as it's too large, it's 119Kb and there is a limit of 20.48kb but down the bottom of the script of the Output file i see a lot of this between 09:05 & 09:31. Attached is just a small amount. COMMAND: QXE2194 CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF 09:07:48 * QXE2194 => PARSE CMD: CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF 09:07:48 * QXE2194 => SAY: CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF HORIZON AIR TWO ONE NINER FOUR 09:07:48 * QXE2194 => ADD HISTORY: QXE2194: CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF QXE2194 09:08:00 * CPZ5961 => NO FREE TERMINAL! 09:08:00 * DAL1414 => ***** no free terminal 09:09:00 * VRD1930 => ***** no free terminal 09:10:00 * UAL1578 => NO FREE TERMINAL! 09:10:00 * SKW5018 => NO FREE TERMINAL! 09:10:17 * QXE2194 => roadend! 09:10:17 * QXE2194 => STATE CHANGE from STATE_TO_RUNWAY to STATE_TAKEOFFUP 09:11:00 * DAL40 => NO FREE TERMINAL! 09:11:00 * CPZ5922 => ***** no free terminal 09:11:05 * QXE2194 => ADD HISTORY: QXE2194 Successful takeoff. +10 pts 09:11:05 * QXE2194 => STATE CHANGE from STATE_TAKEOFFUP to STATE_FLYAWAY Stumpy
  4. Thanks guys, that worked a treat. AV - yeah sorry my bad description it was or is the Real Traffic add on. Futureboy - I could never find the schedules to alter them, I could in tower 2011 but not in Tower!3D. Once again thanks for your replies and help. Stumpy
  5. I'm probably missing something very simple and going to embarrass myself here but I've just puchased the Real colour addon for Tower!3D but I've no idea where to install the files. The default location doesn't do anything. I can't even find any of the XXXX_airports, XXXX_airlines or XXXX_airplanes in my existing Feelthere folder that is running the game at present. Any help would be appreciated. Stumpy
