[Your FSX Installation is incorrect. The version of SimConnect installed will not load FSUIPC4]

Hi Pete, I have this problem, can you help me ?

I downloaded an update for Armi Project – Cairo Intl HECA it was an afcad zip file but there was no readme to tell me where to put it, I tried to put it in  addon scenery, Armi Project – Cairo Intl HECA, but I still dont get the ILS or Glide slop when I am landing . can anyone help me pls

When installing your software for a second time the installer says
that it is already installed after you know you removed it

with the Add/Remove utility in Windows.

 

Please try the following.

 

Open the following folder.

C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information  folder, make a temp folder outside of this folder and move

all the folders inside the InstallShield Installation Information folder into this temp folder then try re-installing.

If it then re-installs fine move all the folders back out from the temp folder back to the original location.

 

This is a "Hidden" folder so if you cant see it you will need to change the
"Hidden File and Folder" option in Windows Explorer to show them.

Done this but when I go uninstall it says I cant open it as I don't have permission.

When I try to reinstall FSC9 it tells me "Another version of this product is already installed" I tried to uninstall it tells me to go to control panel to uninstall it but I tried that, it then tells I don't have permission to uninstall it, so I tried to delete it manually but I still am told "Another version of this product is already installed", please me to get this right.
