What sim are we talking about? Do you have the latest KRDU update? If this is for MSFS... please also verify that you have uninstalled the Asobo version.

Hi @SMB Xbox is usually very slow to upload their updates... it may be a matter of weeks.

Are you running Tower!3DPro in Admin mode? Is your computer language set to US English? Is the English pack updated? Is Cortana enabled and functioning correctly? Have you tested with various headsets or a single one?

Hi @SMB yes, KRDU has already been updated for Xbox. The latest version is 1.8.0.

The jetway issue isn't our issue, it's a common problem with the game. The only thing that seems to fix it is reloading the scenery - starting from another gate or restarting the game. https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/broken-jetways-at-some-airports/469643/8

Hi @SMB let me confirm with them and we`ll get back to you ASAP. We have definitely updated KRDU. The issue with xBox was that after their update, Xbox was running out of memory and our all our airports had to be modified in order to comply with Xbox`s lower memory requirements. This is why the that update was rolled out.

Hi @SMB the latest version should be 1.8.0 uploaded July 18. It's possible the MS marketplace still has 1.7.0 though, that was from March.

Hi @SMB, the elevation issues have been addressed with the latest update. Can you expand on the issue you are referring to with "sim crashing when A320 and other bigger planes start at gates"? What exactly are you experiencing? What other aircraft models cause this? Is this only in KRDU or also other airports?
