Appreciate the link to the previous posts, I had to reload win10 which is probably why I had a problem with my steam account. everything is now working and a big shoutout to Barb for sending my previous purchases to me, the customer service is second to none and I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received. after reloading win 10 then reloading Tower pro and the extensions (and trusting towerspeakbridge in Kaspersky) everything worked first time.

After having a problem with the steam account I bought Tower3d Pro from Feelthere and deleted the steam version and installed the Feelthere program. everything was working fine on the steam version but the new version I have no transmissions from the planes. I have all other sounds and I have checked my headphones and microphone which work fine. I have uninstalled everything and tried with a new install to no avail. I have not yet installed all the add ons until I get the basic version working. Any Ideas would be welcome. ps this is not a voice recognition problem I have not tried to set that up yet.
