I can't figure out how to change the throttle axis so that there full access is only for throttle up and the button past the hump engages reverse thrust. Currently when the throttle is halfway engines are idle and everything before that is reverse. Also, is there a way to make the left throttle axis control engines 1+2 and the right axis control engines 3+4? Thanks for any help!
