  1. First of all Pete, Thank you, and then Thank you again. You answer faster than lightning. Just amazing support. I moved the port to com10, and set Autoroute to use com11. Voila... It works. Like a charm. Lovly ! Again, thank you for amazing support.
  2. Fsx runs on like it should. No problems what so ever :) Well. It just takes time. I have no idea what its doing. Iv got 2 gb ram, a newly defragged disk that has FSX in the outer layer of the HD to load faster. But it seems its working the total oposit way. Yes. Thats odd. Seems to me that its loading. Dunno what. Fsx just run's, like nothing is wrong. It all seems to work just fine. Here are the new logs with the PartRx logging turn on (here i started fsx, started wideclient, started a flight, waited around 1 min on the runway then shutdown Fsx (alt f4)): ********* FSUIPC4, Version 4.063 by Pete Dowson ********* User Name="Tommy Iversen" User Addr="x@x.x" FSUIPC Key is provided WideFS Key is provided Running inside FSX Module base=61000000 LogOptions=00000001 DebugStatus=255 375 System time = 16:32:43 375 FLT UNC path = "C:\Documents and Settings\tommyi\My Documents\Flight Simulator X Files" 391 FS UNC path = "\\SPILLPC\FS" 3766 SimConnect_Open succeeded: proceeding to initialise interface! 97438 Running in "Microsoft Flight Simulator X", Version: 10.0.60905.0 (SimConnect: 2.0.60905.0) 257016 SimStart Event: Initialising SimConnect data requests 257016 FSUIPC Menu entry added 257141 C:\Documents and Settings\tommyi\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX\Previous flight.FLT 257141 C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aircreation_582SL\Aircreation_582SL.AIR 257266 System time = 16:37:00, FSX time = 11:55:38 (10:55Z) 257610 Aircraft="Aircreation582SL red" 262672 Advanced Weather Interface Enabled 346375 System time = 16:38:29, FSX time = 11:57:11 (10:57Z) 346375 *** FSUIPC log file being closed Memory managed: 44 Allocs, 44 Freed ********* FSUIPC Log file closed *********** ********* WideServer.DLL Log [version 7.063] ********* Blocksize guide = 4096 (double allowed) Date (dmy): 18/12/06, Time 16:37:00.184: Server name is SPILLPC 15954 Initialising TCP/IP server 15954 Initialising IPX/SPX server 15954 IPX/SPX socket() failed [Error=10047] Address family not supported by protocol family 15954 Failed to start IPX/SPX Server 15954 Initialising UDP/IP server 16016 Broadcasting service every 1000 mSecs 24891 Incoming connection Accepted ok (skt=3636) TCP 24954 Restarting service due to zero reception! 24954 Failed to start IPX/SPX Server 24969 Incoming connection Accepted ok (skt=3568) TCP 25188 Connected to computer "LAPTOP2" running WideClient version 6.710 (skt=3568) TCP 86594 Close signalled to clients 87688 Closing down now ... 3. Yes. I wanna be sure FSX actually sends the GPS data to laptop2's WideClient. That Wideclient recives them. Fs is set to use GPSout, send data via Widefs, interval 1000 and GGL is used for NMEA sentences. I set it to Yes, and it did'nt log any GPS data. And the gpsout bit of the wideclient.ini, look like this: [GPSout] Port=COM1 Speed=19200 ; ----------------------------------------------- [user] Log=Yes MixW is configured like this: Pair 1 First emulated port COM1 Secound emulated port Com2 When i open Autoroute 2007 and tries to choose available ports, Autoroute lists Com2 and Com3. Okey. 4. I rephrased the entire post Pete. Hehe. Did'nt count on such an fast answer. I don't have Fs9 or Autoroute 2006 installed anymore, so there is no way to check it. What I'm trying to do is: Run FSX on Spillpc (name of computer). On my Laptop2 (name of laptop), im running Autoroute 2007, WideClient, MixW ComEmul (set up to use com1 and 2). I want FSX to send its GPS out to Laptop2 and then laptop2 to feed the GPS data to Autoroute 2007. I have FSX set up to send gpsout to laptop2 via WideFS. And on Laptop2 i have WideClient running with status Connected. And MixW ComEmul altso setup. Is there a way I can confirm that the cooridnates are sent to laptop2. See my original post again for log files.
  5. Hi there good people of the FS world. A couple of years ago i got MS Autoroute 2006, FS9 working together. I could then see where I was flying in MS Autoroute. A live GPS in other words. Now I wanna try the same with Autoroute 2007 and FSX. Is there a way I can see what FSX is sending to my WideClient Fs (that is connected). I'v tried the Log=yes, but it dosnt seem to log what im looking for. In other words, is there a way I can see the GPS coordinates that fSX is sending to wideclient? 6. You should never need a link -- as I said "above". Just scroll to the top of this Forum where all my Announcements are, and you will find Announcements of all new Interim versions. There are links to new versions, notes on changes and so on. Do you NEVER scan the Announcements? The whole point of them and this forum is to help users, but you have to look!! :-( Pete I'm sorry Pete. I misunderstood you. My fault. Ofcourse I read the announcements, somehow I missed this one. Anyway, good news. Version 063 fixed everything. I now have the meny and I'v managed to register FSUIPC4 and WIDEFS7. Thank you very much for your help Pete.
  7. http://www.schiratti.com/dowson.html Only have 4.06. So where can we find this 4.063? Could not find a link in your previous post. Edit: Ah.. Found this googling: http://fsuipc.simflight.com/beta/Instal4_4063.zip Now it says: This is version 4.063, made 7th December 2006 And dll.xml looks like this now: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="Windows-1252" ?> - Launch dll.xml False False - FSUIPC 4 False Modules\FSUIPC4.dll - Object Placement Tool True False ..\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Mission Creation Kit\object_placement.dll - Traffic Toolbox True False ..\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Environment Kit\Traffic Toolbox SDK\traffictoolbox.dll - Visual Effects Tool True False ..\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Environment Kit\Special Effects SDK\visualfxtool.dll Have to see if this help when i get home from work.

I have no firewalls other than the windows built-in. Iv added FSX as a trusted program there. I use Norman virus checker. Iv tried to kill all programs, boot with nothing auto-starting, turned off firewall, turned off viruschecker. Nothing helps. Hope this helps you a bit when trying to figure this out, but my guess is that we have to wait for MS to fix this.
  9. I used autoroute 2006. Maybe thats why it works for me.
  10. Im still not sure what what you want? Can i post my configfile or something? I really cant rember what i did, and I dont have it installed right now, coz im waiting for FSX :)
  11. What do you want to know? Its months since I set this up, and cant rember what I did, but i have all the files :)
  12. Well. Since you all are soo slow answering ;) , I dug my self into this problem. And got it running. :o Soo, there you have it. Autorote 2006 works fine with WideFS and GPSout.
  13. Can anyone out there confirm that Autoroute 2006 works with Fsuipc and GPSout (via WideFS)? I see that someone got it working with Autoroute 2001 and 2003. Soo i would guess that 2006 should work, but I want it confirmed.
