What would you recommend for Windows 10 - RTX 3070 - i9-9900K?

The fps keeps bouncing all over the place. When the fps is set to unlimited it goes from the lower 100's to the high 30's and continues doing this over and over. When locked at 60 it bounces from the 60's to 30's and the stutters begin. Hard to fly when it's doing this. *

I figured it out. I had to set a button to antiskid on/off and now no more skid marks.

okay I got everything working, but the wheels still leaving a skid mark when applying the brakes.

The Lua smooth braking doesn't show up in the drop down list even after I followed the instructions.

I use the trigger button on my joystick to brake, but when I press it the wheels lock up. Any way to make it much smoother?
