Just downloaded and installed the game on a new computer (I have been playing this game on another computer for a couple years now). It opens to a black screen momentarily, then crashes a couple seconds after. Trying to do a normal run and a run as administrator yield identical results. Could anyone help me out?

Problem with creating a window from ADIRS, strips, and DBRITE

I am using a multimonitor setup. -
When I try to make any of these into a window, the windows for ADIRS and DBRITE produce correctly but the strips don't produce a visible window. The bottom of my screen shows that there is a [STRIPS] window however when I hover over it, it shows nothing. Is there something I can do about this or do I just use strips on the main game screen?
