FSUIPC 7 Wide

Reference order # 2307899 Does FSUIPC7 WIde work with P3Dv4? I purchased it and from what I saw it does work with P3D. When I attempt to install it I get a box with the statement across the top saying "Wide client FS98 Eliminator - waiting for connection". I tried turning my windows firewall off, but got the same result. Ken Hand
