FSX Steam, aircraft won't engage ILS

Please post questions related to FSUIPC always in Main Forum. Otherwise it might not be seen and answered. Aircraft will not engage or fly ILS since I installed FSUIPC. -

Thanks Pete, I don't see an update link, I purchased it yesterday and have FSUIPC 4.974 installed.

I get this message when attempting to open FSX since purchasing FSUIPC. I click yes and FSX shuts down.
