  1. I did... I don't know which fixed it but I went into the dll.xml file and removes all references to the non-steam version of the files and then I told FSX and Steam to run as admin. Still don't get any sound but at least it's not blocking the file now... And I just figured the problem out... I use a software mixer... The panel hates anything that's not a direct source to the sound card. As soon as I set the speakers to the windows default sound source the sounds started working... So it looks like whenever I want to fly these planes I have to make sure the sound source is set correctly for it.
  2. Sound drivers are up to date, yes. The FSX blocks this file EJetH.dll in the steam version. It complains that it is an unsigned file.
  3. I already tried reinstalling FSX and then Ejet V2... Didn't work...
  4. Initially I was not... I've tried Windows 8 Compatibility mode and that didn't help. I'm about to try Windows 7 Compatibility mode. And to answer yer earlier question about the callouts 'v1', 'rotate', etc.. No I'm not hearing any of them either... And the verdict is Windows 7 Compatibility mode was a waste of time too...
  5. That didn't work sadly. I have verified that the sound files are do exist. I've reinstalled DirectX and the VC redistributables. Does my OS being Windows 10 make a difference?
  6. Initially it changes to red. And then after a little bit of time has passed it will go green, but there's no sounds. Do the buttons and switches for the panels make sounds also? If so those are silent as well.
  7. I never got that far. I mean the startup checklists. I was following the directions on the introduction flight and when I started with the first checklist I wasn't hearing anything.
  8. The Call! co-pilot callouts don't work. And when I go into the configuration tool and click the 'Test' button on the Sound tab I hear nothing.
