I has a similar situation the other night and i think i ended up switching to V/L rather than FMS to get it in HDG mode in in FMS with LNAVon it will do it as long as you tune it. I dont think the aircraft auto tunes the ILS freq like the A320's but someone let me know if im wrong.

my next fp worked I think maybe its something to do with step climbs being planned in so I turned them off for this one and its worked like it did before.

E170 eyepoint = 30.2, -1.91, 3.4

im asking does the fmc read the same file format and type as the old one.

E190 eyepoint = 38, -1.91, 3.5

Its not a MOD its part of the FMC importing a flightplan. It worked in the old version im just wondering is it a different file type or format that the FP needs to be saved as. And im not talking about a FS flightplan im talking about native FMC flight-plans that you could save from simbrief in the last version. This is not something anyone els has posted about or I would understand the lack of response. and I created the CustomDB folder myself and it works just when i tried to load the flight plan it said invalid waypoints. I will double check the airac match and try another route.

No just go to aircraft and select the same aircraft again it refreshed the CFG entry for the aircrafts weight.

its a legit issue I have it too I will post my eye points when I get home from work but I just moved it back and down a bit as i think the default eyepoint is a little far forward and high anyway.

You can deploy Spoilers in gear and flaps down u think buy not actually got the steep app system.

Maybe because should RTO activate its Max braking? You said the knob wouldn't turn in your post nothing about the display of “Hi” thats why I replied that it does turn. Are you saying its just stuck on RTO for you? That is strange.

Just did EGLC-LSZH Flight dynamics so much better, Actually didn't need the whole runway for takeoff. 6 up trim is too much you need more like 4 up. I was surprised at the extra power even in the 190 on climb out it did catch me out a little on acceleration. The landing light bug needs fixing ASAP. The rest of the jet looks real nice. The descent profile is too much I find even in the old jets were better with a steady .79/269/2 descent profile. Its a slippy beast and using the default descent profile you have to help it with speed break. I was on FMS nav and then switched to HDG to establish on ILS and couldn't get app button to work so switched to V/L and it worked. I need a few hours more 😉 landing is nicer. I do want to look into how exactly to work out a flex temp or does the FMC auto calculate it? anyway fix the landing lights and feel there well done.
