FSUIPC will not accept my registration key

I have recently formatted my drive and now when I enter my code xxxx xxxx OGJC the programe will not accept it. Can you help on this please? I think I purchased FSUIPC approx October 2005 Anniesboy68 I have not included the full code for obvious reasons but can submit it to you if you so wish for clarification.
