  1. Ok. Your last message solved the issue. Installing with DLL.xml completed the installation and now the EBF is connecting to P3D. I still quite not follow the reason for all this, but it is now solved. The last two questions I have are: 1) I still have other P3D add-ons on the OneDrive folder. Is it better to uninstall them and move them to a local drive to avoid future issues? 2) Why all these add-ons select OneDrive as the default location instead of a local drive? Isn't that a future source of problems? Thanks for your help and time with this.
  2. I have completely signed out from OneDrive. I have also removed the FSUIPC6 folder under C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons. But the same thing happens. The installer doesn't complete the installation and no FSUIPC folder is created on C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons. (I have also restarted the pc before installing again)
  3. I select the C:\FSUIPC folder, push on the Installer button, and then I see the below screen for just 1 second. After that the screen disappears and nothing else happens. The progress bar doesn't move from what you see below. Nothing else happens.I don't see the progress bar completing or any other message saying that the installation is completed.
  4. P3D doesn't show FSUIPC in the add-ons menu. After installing FSUIPC6 on C:\FSUIPC, no install and uninstall log files are visible in this folder. And If I go to C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\Prepar 3D v4 Add-ons\FSUIPC6 I don't see any file at all (my AppData folder is visible in Windows 10). In C:\Prepar3D\Modules I see the same files as yesterday with no update on the dates. I am happy to do a TeamViewer session if that can help.
  5. Hello John, I have run the uninstaller and then deleted this uninstaller file from C:\Prepar3D\Modules. Then I have rerun the installer into C:\FSUIPC, the same folder where I have extracted the downloaded files from your site. I don't see any add-on.xlm file in this folder after running the installation file. Attached you will find the .ini and uninstallLog files that I see in C:\Prepar3D\Modules. The .ini file is dated on Jul-26th, not today. The UninstallLog is dated on today. I have never used the DLL.xml method for installation. I will need help with the registry if the issue is eventually related to that. EFB keeps not connecting to the sim after doing the above steps. Please let me know if you need anything else from me. Thanks again. FSUIPC6.ini UninstallFSUIPC6.log
  6. Hello, I have been using Aivlasoft EFB and Prepar3d v4 since more than a year without any issue. A few days ago, all of a sudden I got an error message saying that the path of one of the files to make the EFB work was not accessible. The EFB was originally installed into OneDrive. I didn't change that path at the moment of the first installation because it was the default location. I have contacted the people of Aivlasoft and they have advised me to reinstall everything on a local drive, and remove it from OneDrive. I have done so. Then I have tried to do the same for FSUIPC but something is not working. On C/Prepar3D/Modules I have uninstalled FSUIPC6 with the uninstallFSUIPC6.exe file and I saw the message 'FSUIPC6 v6.0.8 was successfully removed from your computer'. Then I have downloaded FSUIPC v6.0.10 and tried to install it in C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons. The rest of add-ons are still in C:\Users\xxxx\OneDrive\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons. But after this install EFB is not connecting to the sim. And if I uninstall again FSUIPC, I keep seeing the message 'FSUIPC6 v6.0.8 was successfully removed from your computer' (despite I have run the installation for v6.0.10). Do I have to remove all remaining add-ons from OneDrive and reinstall them again on a local drive for FSUIPC v6.0.10 to work? Or is it necessary to uninstall everything (including P3D, PMDG, Fslabs, etc.) and make a complete fresh install of everything again? I would very much appreciate any help as I cannot find out what is wrong. Thanks in advance.
