I lost my registration code when I had to reformat my hard drive. My order # is 284993. My customer ID is 25550. How do I get a replacement code?

I installed FSUIPC ver 3.7. Now when I start Radar Contact I see a green bar acrosss the top of the FS screen and Radar Contact display looks like gibberish. I would appreciate help in fixing this.
