Last week I purchased both FSUIPC4 & WideFS - unfortunately I purchased the wrong version of FSUIPC.
I use MSFS 2020 - so I need to purchase FSUIPC7 not 4. I was under the impression that buying either one would work for MSFS 2020. I entered my details and it displays invalid key….
Pete, if possible could you transfer the licence to 7 for me please? I contacted sim market and they said purchase is final no refunds. As much as I love your software, paying another $36AUD on top of the $37 I’ve already paid would not make any sense to me.
I don’t know what laws are in place in terms of refund policy but here in Australia, we’re covered so that if I’ve made a mistake a purchase I am entitled to a refund within a certain amount of days from purchase….clearly not the case with Simmarket.
