I'm having the same issue immediately after updating from 7.2.4 to 7.2.6. When opening FS2020, I get stuck on "Checking for Update" and takes probably around 10+ minutes to get to FS2020 menu. I tried uninstalling FSUIPC totally along with removing the lvar module from community module. Doesn't go back to regular loading times.
