  1. Do you think pilot forgot someone? Also when I click in Communicator, it doesn't find the forums anymore, just says site not found. IE V9, Windows 7. My Traffic V5.4c Anyone else have this isue. Cheers Phil
  2. As this change is still very new here, I am sure there will be more pictures coming, only two afct as I said they have and they are two new afct they ordered have new livery, As you say Burkhardt, probably something for version 5.4, rather than a repaint job, although I did download form Flightsim yesterday a 738 afct with this new livery, so someone on there was quick to it, not sure if textures are Dx10 preview mode or not, didn't get achance to try plane out. But there are a view images with afct so maybe they would help a repaint. Just search on Flight sim for Virgin Australia, only look at most recent uploads, as one can get confused with V Australia which is now old livery, that livery was only for V Australia afct flights bteween Aust and USA west coast. Cheers Phil

me too so is that 2 cents per hour work?
  4. Hi, As some may or not know Virgin Blue Australia aslo know as V AUstralia and Virgin Blue Ployenesa have all been changed or will be repainted to new airline name and livery. So far only two afct have been repainted. http://www.airliners.net/photo/Virgin-Australia-Airlines/Boeing-737-81D/1929926/&sid=9b4e3ba759c6d71aec243367889be175 Is one. The new A330 they are getting will also have new livery. Not sure if this is a repaint or something for Burkjard to do in next patch. Thanks Phil

  6. Hi Simon Glad your both still at it. Thanks for updating us. Phil
  7. Hi I don't have the RC, I have the RTM, but I know it has a time limit to use it. I might be wrong, but I suspect there will be an option to buy the software when the time runs out. But I have everything backed up to external drive. Just comparing it's stablainity compared to Vista, so far not much difference, Every now and then while running FSX if I right click on a menu within the window for FSX, it crashes. Or it can crash after 30 or so minutes of flying, this also happened under Vista. Which makes me think it is FSX itself or a video card driver.
  8. Hi Pete, Okay thanks for reply and information, I always did wonder about it and what you say about using FSUIPC to assign buttons, I have tried, only a few work along with the GPS in FSX afct. I know PFC have a new unit, which would fit where current one is, well almost. It appears to work with FSX from what I have read and been told, but it is a USB connection, not a connection with the rest of the stack, which is interesting why it has been done that way, maybe due to what we have already said. 1k AUD approx, Price is way to much for me at this stage, if I decided to use the GPS more in FSX, I may consider it. Cheers Phil
  9. Hi Pete and others. You may not be able to answer this unless you have access to PFC avionics stack. One of the units on the stack below the Auto Pilot Unit, is what I belieave is to command the GPS in FS afct. Although I am not that familar with the GPS, I understand the basics. Anyone have a manual of how to program this unit to work in FSX or do they know if it will work? I will post this at the PFC forum, but I never get replies from there, not sure it has many members or active ones. TIA Phil
  10. What a interesting issue, cannot say I have ever seen it happen. I do wonder if it is DX9 related as suggested, as I fly use FSX in DX10 preview mode all the time. DX update, I assume that's for Vista, hmm, must look into that. Although I am also running WIn 7 RTM Got it from Technet subscription. Phil

New Liveries For MY Traffic Version 5.2B

Great look forward to seeing it and the rest of update. Cheers Burkhard Phil
  12. Hi SImon and thanks for reply, trust all is well. :D Okay I understand you, as I have created a couple of flights into Avalon and plan to do a few more, with Mytraffic Editor, then by the time I have done them and are happy with what I have done, Avalon should show without having to adjust that setting, anyway good to know as I can test it out while I am creating the flights. Edit: I actually found the Airport Movement Threshold under the Data Interpretation tab. Just checking Simon if that is right, it looks like it is to me. Cheers Phil
  13. Nah just kidding, the F instead of f I belieave fixed it. Cheers Phil
  14. OKIf that doesn't work, I install the SDK's again and see. Thanks Phil
  15. Hi all I have checked my fsx.dll file and it looks fine, I belieave I have installed the SDK in correct order. Deluxe, then Sp1 and then Acceleration. I wonder if the fact that I am running 64bit Windows 7 could be the issues, as it puts FSX under program files (x86) Does that need to be put in Dll file? Or will it realise that the FSX and SDSK folder is under that folder? Or maybe I am missing something with my dll file, although it is what I copied from my Vista installation. Traffic Toolbox false False ..\Microsoft Flight Simulator X SDK\SDK\Environment Kit\Traffic Toolbox SDK\traffictoolbox.dll Thanks Phil
