  1. Im going to be sending you a new fsuipc file with all the details of this problem with the configurations that you requseted to you email address. geoff
  2. Hello again. Right here is my new report, I have been using defalt 737 and level d 767 alternatly And during the loading of fs9 tonight it crashed as it was loading the the program through ASA. It failed to complete loading at the terrain files. It actualy froze at 11% ,then up popped the error code and my chance to email Bill Gates with the details...as follows. I hadnt actualy run any aircraft at the time of the error, this has never happened before. I did crash eairlier while I was using the level D but that wasnt your fsuipc error it was a hungerror so I wont bother you with the details of that. but this was the Crash during the loading. AppName: fs9.exe AppVer: 9.1.0.40901 ModName: fsuipc.dll ModVer: 3.8.2.0 Offset: 00027322 I did copy the lines you recomended into the configuration file as I guess these is the fsuipc.ini file....I was looking for a file called .ini ( not very computer litirate ) the result from fsuipc from the log is huge and im not sure how much of the log you will require. I have saved it so I can send it to you should you want the whole thing, but im not sure how to get it to you This is the start of it in case this helps ********* FSUIPC, Version 3.82 by Pete Dowson ********* Running on Windows Version 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3 Verifying Certificate for "C:\Program Files\microsoft games\Flight Simulator 9\MODULES\FSUIPC.dll" now ... 3. Thankyou so much for your help with this, I am beging to think it might be the 737 reacting with your program that caused the original problem as you have said. I have had this error now for about a year, their web site does recomended it is not to be used with fsuipc, but as it is the best 737 availiable and I only use fs9 on line I am up a creeck without a paddle. I was using this combination without problems for ages then the error before Fmc.gau error started. This is a dll file as you have said so I am starting to think this might be it. I have already deleated fs9 and reinstalled it( they told me it was due to fs9.1 update not being installed correctly) but the error soon returned. I will swop over aircraft as you have sugested but the fsuicp only happens when im using ASA. since this crash tonight i have deactivated fs passengers and have now completed three hours without a hitch using the 737. However I will try changing over, and as a result I doubt I will encounter the earilier error as this only happens with the ariane 737. I am not sure where the fsuipc.ini file would be found in order to edit it...I guess if I find it I just use notebook to add the lines you sugested..? one other thing what follows is a copy of a reply I had yesterday through the Active sky web site I logged on to see if I am unique with this error........... I was getting spontaneous fsuipc crashes as well. Figured someone else would back you up, so I never got around to posting about it :) I've gone back to AS6.5 for the time being, so can't update on whether it's still happening link = http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=238964 I will let you know how I get on thanks once again Geoff
  4. Okay i got the fsuipc crash again. 5. Hello Pete Since my last post I have downloaded the 3,8,5 that you asked, and I have just completed 3 hours on line, using the Ariane 737 and ASA working through fsuipc registered set up for winds, clouds etc...with no error. I will report back after the next session and let you know how it continues,,,, thanks geoff :D
  6. Pete thanks for your help and interest with this error. I have tried running fs9 without a registered copy of fsuipc and it ran with no problem for a couple of hours, then it crashed and i got this code.. AppName: fs9.exe AppVer: 9.1.0.40901 ModName: ariane.737.fmc.gau ModVer: 1.0.5.0 Offset: 000972cb Now this ive been having problems with for over a year and I have had little help from anyone in solving it, im now starting to wonder if the two are in fact linked as there are some simularities in the codes but im not all that clued up on the tech side of a flight sim program. This is a copy of the fsuipc file ( addrress removed) found in the modules file at the time of the crash with the fsuipc error, I was not using the level D 767 at the time but a 737 from Ariane. ********* FSUIPC, Version 3.85 by Pete Dowson ********* Running on Windows Version 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3 Verifying Certificate for "C:\Program Files\microsoft games\Flight Simulator 9\MODULES\FSUIPC.dll" now ... 7. I have downloaded the new 3.8.5 Version of FSUIPC amd also I have installed ASA weather since doing this I have been getting random blackscreem crashes with the following error code....
