  1. Hi @Stu Antonio, I tested by loading our EDDS with Asobo version uninstalled and everything looks as it should. Place our scenery at the highest priority using the package reorder tool in the settings. The highest priority is the bottom of this list.   2. Hi @djtiger76, do you have any lighting mods installed? Perhaps a NY lighting mod? These are not part of our scenery or the default. The default does not have any light poles. Another thing to check if you do have any mods installed, place this scenery at the highest priority using the package reorder tool. Package reorder tool
  3. hi @Basilrug, yes KLAX v1.4.0 has been completed. It will be available soon as we have already submitted it to our partners.
  4. Hi @Basilrug, we have updated KLAX and are uploading it today. The newest version will be v1.4.0. - excluded road traffic from the airport boundary - fixed approach lighting spacing - added tdz lighting to 25L,24R,7L,6R - added VOR building You can check if the Asobo version is installed by navigating to the content manager on the MSFS home screen. Search for KLAX and uninstall the Asobo version by selecting the button on the right side. Ours will be installed as long as it's in the community folder or installed via Orbx.

  6. Hi @Justin U., I believe this is related to the GSX as it appears to be getting the old terminal location for the jetways. We had a similar issue in X-Plane with certain AI traffic addons. Please check if this occurs while GSX is disabled completely ie. uninstalled. Please also try this, I believe it's the order in which the sceneries are loaded. There is a new tool in the MSFS options menu to reorder addons. The bottom of this list is highest priority. Try moving KLGA to the bottom or GSX to the top of this list and let us know if this solves the issue.
  7. Hi @conductor79, which version of the scenery do you have? There were issues with regards to photogrammetry after USA world update a few months ago. This scenery has been updated since then to fix the elevation issues. v1.9.0 fixed the photogrammetry updated July 2022. The current version of KLGA is 2.3.0 updated Sept 2022. If this is the current version, then please send us screenshots to email support as @FeelThere Arielmentioned above.
  8. Hi @Coast_Flyer, we are currently updating KLAS to v1.3.0 and it will be available next week. There are issues when photogrammetry is turned on currently that we will resolve before uploading 1.2.0 to ORBX. Please check next Tuesday onwards for the updated version. It will include the painted lines as well.
  9. Hi @andre40271, we are currently updating this one to fix the elevation issues. Expect an updated KLAS v1.3.0 next week unless purchased through the MS Marketplace in which case it may take up to 1 month for MS to update.

  11. Thank you @SMBfor those photos, I didn't notice how it was on the grass. Yes it is 100% the tire_gum texture in the addon. I noticed that it had a 10m falloff distance so it would blend into the other texture. This texture that the addon replaces the asobo texture with changes it to this white haze which is very noticeable. I will not be changing the addon texture since it's not possible. To solve it, I've deleted this texture from the runways and replaced it with a new skids/grime custom texture for all of the runways. I'm confident this problem will not occur again. This has been submitted to the MS marketplace today.
  12. Thank you @SMB, it looks like it's the skid marks. There is a texture from the SDK named 'tire_gum01' and it may have the wrong surface material set in the addon. For each material, there is an option in the SDK to change which type of surface it is. Asphalt, Concrete, Grass, Ice etc. It's strange how it has never showed up before since the runway wasn't changed. I'll replace this texture and upload another update. Hopefully that will fix it with this addon.

  15. Hi @SMB, MS is showing that KRDU is updated on their marketplace as of August 25. I just hope it is 1.9.0 that contains these fixes listed above. Can you please confirm which version it is after updating?
  16. It should not crash anymore, I will be very surprised if it does! Usually it's due to XBOX having lower memory than most PCs and when it try's to load too many objects and textures, it'll result in a CTD. I noticed that the main performance hit was the geometry of the chairs inside the terminal and the parking garage details. I split them into 5 sections that will load higher detail as the camera comes closer to them. They will load a very low resolution model when they are not seen. In addition to this, some textures have been resized or eliminated completely without any quality reduction in the game. It was using 4gb of texture memory before, and now it's sitting around 1.3gb which is perfectly reasonable for the lowest end system. The airport loads much faster from the home screen and the package size will also be reduced to only 855mb.
  17. Hi @SMB, we are uploading a completely overhauled version of KRDU today which will be v1.9.0. When it will be uploaded to the MS Marketplace will be up to them. This is the changelog for KRDU v1.9.0 - Improved performance. Reduced poly count on terminal and introduced LODs that were causing crashes for some. - Fixed elevation issues regarding buildings not placed on the ground - Fixed broken jetway issues. All jetways have been repositioned. - Excluded new photogrammetry areas within the airport boundary - Added Runway Alignment Indicator Lights to Rwy 5L, 5R & 23L. - Added Sequenced Flashers to Rwy 23R. - Corrected all taxi routes. ATC will now name the routes updated to 2022 maps. - Adjusted main terminal parking spots, jetway headings & parking position. - Added more GA parking spots. - Removed Aprons covering satellite imagery inside airport boundary. - Added grass to cover old satellite imagery (Buildings, taxiways that no longer exist) - Improved light lighting. Added new apron lamps at T2, more streetlamps & parking lot lights.
  18. Hi @Shizzle1, it will only work with ortho images, not terrain/mesh. It was only developed to work with the default mesh.
  19. Hi @DAL488, the parking types define the type of ground services available as well as the maximum radius of the parking spot. There is no setting for minimum radius to force only airliners for example. You will see all aircraft types at GA_LARGE gates, including ground traffic like busses and trucks. I did some testing and it does show A320 aircraft at gates 1-8, though not all the time. I still resized the spots a bit smaller as some of the spots were overlapping so this might show them more frequently. It will still spawn business jets and Cessna's here regardless of the parking size. The update will be v1.7.0 and includes: - Resized parking spots 1-8 so they will show larger jet aircraft. - Added a new ground services file that excludes taxi-out pushbacks and marshallers (GA_SMALL and GA_CARGO) - Fixed taxiways. Default ATC would not show the taxi ribbon and would not name taxi routes. - Fixed incorrect hold short locations. The update was sent to the MS store yesterday. This usually takes about 1 month for them to upload to their marketplace. Our update will be sent to the various other sites where TIST is available, so it should be available as soon as today.
  20. @PatSim We are uploading an update for KLGA for X-Plane 11 today, although it may take a day or two for the websites to update it. Please look for version v1.2.0. It will remove those static aircraft in the same location as they were in MSFS. Previously there wasn't a way to check the version of our X-Plane scenery other than the date of the apt.dat file. We are now naming each file with a version number like in MSFS. The most recent update to KLGA for X-Plane 11 was uploaded Aug 03 2021.
  21. Hi @bobsingh1, there is no requirement to find the airport in the file directory. It can easily be removed from within the game menu. From the home screen select Profile>Content Manager. Then search for the airport that you'd like to remove. You can also add available sceneries and cities from this menu.
  22. Hi @PHC, this is unrelated to the most recent version of our scenery. We have discovered elevation issues at our US airports with the recent USA update and we are working to fix them. The most recent game update included better photogrammetry and elevation data that overwrote our terraforming polygons so it needs to be fixed on our end.

    Hi @vinno65 & @SilverStar28, thank you for the very detailed troubleshooting and screenshots. I've discovered this is entirely due to the recent USA update as there are also elevations issues at our other US Airports. TIST was recently fixed, and I just discovered the same issues are now at KRDU and KLGA as well. This is unrelated to an asobo scenery or rolling cache. As for the duplicated terminal at KLAX, we are fixing this. This is not an asobo-klax issue either. We somehow have 2 models of the terminal building exported here. Luckily this is an easy fix. I'll update back here once these airports are fixed and what was done to them.
  24. Hi @Stu Antonio& @exergon, I can't seem to replicate this with a clean install of MSFS and the latest version of EDDS. I do remember seeing this issue a long time ago when the Asobo EDDS was released. That version has a different elevation than ours so they will conflict with each other. Can you first please check if the Asobo version is installed alongside ours? If it is, remove it and restart the game. If it is not installed, then please try running the game with only our EDDS inside the community folder and see if the issue persists. I'm positive that this is Asobo EDDS though. The runway and taxiway texture do not look like this in our version. There is also a missing taxi sign in the bottom center, and the runway approach lights are standing on the runway and not flush like it is in ours.
  25. Hi @pmercado, I take full responsibility for this! I made an error in the installer and it installed 2 folders into the community folder. We are uploading a new installer today for this to all of the sales sites and may take a few days for them to approve the upload. The scenery is still there and installed with the current installer program, it's just the wrong folder structure. I f you'd rather enable it yourself, please follow these instructions: - Navigate to your MSFS Community folder. Select the folder named 'Feelthere_KLGA_v1.7.0' that the installer created. - Inside this folder will be 2 folders named PackagesContent, PackagesMetadata and a file named ContentManifest.json. - Open the folder named PackagesContent, inside will be feelthere-klga-laguardia. This is the folder that you need that contains the scenery. - Cut and paste this folder feelthere-klga-laguardia into your Community folder. - You can now delete the folder named Feelthere_KLGA_v1.7.0 as it should now be empty. Run the game and enjoy!
