Hi Pete, Sorry for the delay but we've been out all day. I've managed to purchase the keys, but only by using my Paypal account. Although the list of Countries now includes the Isle of Man, it still won't process an order without an entry in the State slot. That's now been changed so that it's possible to write in Isle of Man. Unfortunately that results in the Credit Card details being rejected because my address becomes listed as Isle of Man, Isle of Man My problem solved but I guess credit cards will only become recognised if the State slot is allowed to remain empty. Hi Pete The way the simMarket site is set up prevents Isle of Man residents from purchasing your keys. I've been trying to register FSUIPC and WideFS for days. The registration page list of customers doesn't offer Isle of Man, which is not unusual. Although we're not part of the UK, I opt for that, again not unusual. Where it becomes a problem is the entry for State. In this slot an input isn't allowed and IOM isn't listed. In the absence of an entry it defaults to Avon. When I then try to pay it rejects my credit card details because I'm not listed as in Avon. I've tried editing my account details, where I can type Isle of Man into the State slot. When saved it ignores my entry and defaults to Avon. This is the first site I've come across that has this discriminatory, albeit unintentional, show stopper. I looked to contact simMarket but can see no evidence of an email address. Since there are many FS users over here I hope you can come up with some way in which we can purchase your products. I need to do this to run FSCommander but can't register that either, for the same reason. Gerry Winskill
