Reinstallation on new PC

Due to a major failure I have had to replace my PC.About last February I purchased FSUIPC and want to use it on my new PC.I have reinstalled FS9.Last year I backed up my FSUIPS files (correctly hopefully) and made a note of my registration key.I am now being aked to register again.Is it possible to do this and if so,how?.Best Wishes EricT
