  1. No need to ask about price. Just go to Simmarket and grab it. http://secure.simmarket.com/pete-dowson-fsuipc5-for-p3dv4.phtml
  2. Pete, I still don't see any link to getting the registered version of FSUIPC5. Am I missing it? Do I need to contact Simmarket support? Thank you, Bob
  3. If I go to the FSUIPC4 Page at Simmarket and scroll down, it shows that FSUIPC5 is now available, but when I click on the link, I get an Error 404. http://secure.simmarket.com/pete-dowson-fsuipc4.phtml How do I buy the registered version or get a registration for the free download? Thank you, Bob
  4. Is the paid upgrade available now? If so, can someone put a link to it. I'm getting an error 404 when I try to go to FSUIPC5 at Simmarket. Thank you, Bob
  5. Thank you Pete. I will be more than willing to re-purchase FSUIPC. I have been using the version that I have for about ten years. A 64bit version for P3Dv4 would be outstanding.
  6. Nikola, why is it that when I go to download the 1.2 Update from the link, the file that I download is marked 1.1 Update?
  7. No problem Nikola. It works great. I'm very happy with it. Thank you.
  8. Ha, ha...I didn't see that you had the update here, and went to Simmarket to re-download the exe file. I've been installing it thinking, "I don't see any difference". I just now seen that you had the update here. Ok, I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer! Oh well, it happens!...Thank you Nikola
  9. Thank you very much Nikola, I will go and get it. Much appreciated! Bob
  10. Thank you Nikola. That sounds great. I'll be watching for the update. Bob
  11. Hello Nikola, Thank you for making this Toper Tool and offering it at a price that just covers your liquid freshener. I do have the Aerosoft Flight Calculator so its not a big problem, but it would be a great convenience if in a future update, you could give an option for length in "feet" and weights in "pounds" within the tool. I hope that wouldn't be something too difficult. Also, will this eventually work for all of the 737s, or is it just going to be for the 737-800? Does it matter if the 737-800 used has winglets or not? I think it would be good, if you are adding aircraft to the tool, to just focus on all of the 737 Classic and NG variations first. I believe between the PMDG 737NGX, PIC 737 EVO and iFly737NG, you would have plenty of customers looking for this tool. The other takeoff tool available, only covers the 737-800 and 700 right now. Well, I'll let you go back and finish your drink
  12. Hello Pete, I'm having the same problem that I had a while back ago with FSUIPC. I am using the latest updated FSUIPC (FSUIPC4 interim update version 4.548) and when I set controls for the different payware aircraft that I have, the last ones in the FSUIPC.ini file are disappearing or automatically being deleted, even to the point that it deletes half of the last profile that it will accept. I get my controls set up the way that I like them, then when I start FSX the next time that aircraft has no controls. You said last time that you had some kind of limiting buffer that you removed and it worked great. Now it is back the way it was before :( Can you help with this? It makes it so I can only use FSUIPC on a few of my aircraft. This is very inconvenient. Thank you, Bob
  13. I'm not sure in this case, but I believe some of the aircraft that use FADEC have separate .ini files that have to be read through MSFS. The only thing that you have to do is not run your throttle controls directly through FSUIPC, but within the "Axis Controls", select them to be routed through FSX or FS9 (whichever be the case). Make sure that your joystick is enabled within FS Options, then fine tune your throttle controls inside FSUIPC. When I come across something like this, and have to "Enable" joystick controls inside FS, I delete all other assignments in FS other than the throttles and set everything else to run directly through FSUIPC. Bob
  14. Hello Pete, I just wanted to let you know that the update fixed my problem and I don't have disappearing profiles anymore :D Thank you very much for the great support of you little super program. Bob
  15. Thank you Pete. I have to see if I can find how to make the profiles your talking about. That sounds like it would help a lot and save time also. Your support for this product is the best ever. Thank you, Bob
  16. That would be fine Pete. These posts only allow 60000 words and the file has over twice that much. I tried attaching the file as an attachment, but it won't allow it. Is there some other way to get it to you? Thank you, Bob
  17. It is working fine for me too. I'll check to see what interim updates are available and see if those will take care of my disappearing profiles and still work with CS 757.
  18. Thank you Pete. I did update to 4.3 and it did make the whole aircraft more stable, so maybe now it will work with the latest versions of FSUIPC. I never tried it yet with anything later than v4.50. I go to your website and set it up with the latest version and let you know if everything still works. Thanks, Bob
  19. Where do I find for sure what version I am using? The log files say it is v4.50.
  20. I'll check on those "Profiles Facilities" to see what you are referring to. I thought I was making profiles when I assign buttons and axis to a specific aircraft. I always assign profiles to specific aircrafts, but it is the whole profile that is disappearing in the .ini file the next time I go to fly that aircraft, if that profile was at the bottom of the list on the .ini file. I use 4.50 because I have Captain Sim's 757 and that is the latest version that it will use. It don't seem to work with the newer versions. I had to revert back to it in order to fly his aircraft, otherwise (with the newer versions) when you cut off the autopilot the plane will go wild. FSUIPC is an outstanding program and even with this little problem I can always find a work around. I just don't know what I did before I learned to use the controls configeration in FSUIPC and I know that I still haven't explored all of the features within this program. Thank you, Bob
  21. Hello, I have FSUIPC4 and a lot of add on aircraft. Is there a limit to how many settings the .ini file will hold? It seems like if I put a aircraft setting in now and close FSX, the next time I open it, the last setting that I have put in disappears. If I put it in again, it will work until I close FSX again. Then it is gone. Do I need to start keeping multiple .ini files in a separate folder to hold the settings for all my aircraft? Thank you, Bob
  22. Pete, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you :D It works perfect now. That was exactly the problem. I went ahead and programmed the mixture idle and rich to the buttons on my CH throttle and now I can start and shut down my engines like the pros. I know that you have received many compliments for FSUIPC but if you don't mind, I would like to add mine. The version that I have now is the second one that I have purchased along with WideFS. As far as I'm concerned it is some of the best money that I have spent. Every simmer needs to purchase a registered version of this program and take a little time (very little) to learn how to set up the controllers, buttons and keys through FSUIPC. They would never use FSX or FS9 default settings again. I guarantee it. A lot of programs say that they raise the experience of flying in MSFS, but the registered version of FSUIPC really does live up to that promise. It is great! I use it for every aircraft that I have. That is why I wouldn't accept that Captain Sim said I couldn't use it with his sim. It works perfect now and makes that 727 ready to fly for real. Thank you, Bob
  23. I have done that already. The way that the Captain Sim 727 is made, you can't assign any control to the fuel cutoff switches that I know of. I have been using FSUIPC for over a year without any problems. I assign all of my planes pretty much the same way without any problems at all. These fuel cutoff switches (just #1 and #2) are locked only when FSUIPC is functional. I will try to remove the .ini file and see if I can reprogram it after it goes back to default. Captain Sim says that I shouldn't be using FSUIPC with this plane, but I don't understand why it would just lock up two of the fuel switches and not the third one. I'll try it and get back to you. Thank you for your response. Bob
