I have to say the customer service for Feelthere is horrible. If they can't stand by their product then they lost a customer and hopefully others will see this and think twice before buying. I will post my review on Simmarket of this issue to warn others. 11 days and no help; a completely ignored support ticket, Ridiculous! It's not my fault I purchased the product from a reputable reseller Feelthere deals with so why am I not getting assistance on this!!

Still haven't heard anything. The game is working ok but getting the annoying pop-ups each time to update the mapcode files. Any idea when I can get this fixed?

This is the reply from Simmarket: the files offered are always the latest version made available to us. file names may not reflect version numbers, but their contents are the latest version available. I submitted a support ticket to Feelthere, going on 3 days and no reply, so not the best customer service. So it will be up to them to provide me with the correct files. If they use a reseller they should stand by their product. So if anybody in support reads this I need an answer to my issue. As it stands, not very impressed with Feelthere right now even though I have used their products for years.

I checked and simmarket only has the one zip file for the product, no updates. I sent them a ticket but not expecting much because they don't offer product support, just sales support. Thanks for the reply.

Well if it was fixed a year ago why is Simmarket selling out of date stuff. Feelthere needs to send me the correct files then, is that the only way to fix this?

I just got it yesterday from Simmarket

I just purchased LAS for Tower 2011 and when I start it I get a menu data error: Please updare the mapconfig files in MenuData folder! Set the GMT and the MapCode fields! In the folder MenuData I see MAP files but bo config files. How do I update this. Thank you.

I heard you can connect the two together yet it's not in the manual how to do it and the pinned post on it doesn't explain it. How do you connect the two? Thanks.
