Hi Peter How to run a lua file when an aircraft is loaded ? other than using an ipcready.lua file with : if ipc.readSTR(0x3D00, 30) == "<aircraft name>" then ipc.runlua("pathname") end I can't find any information about [AUTO] or [AUTO.<aircraft>] in the FSUIPC4 manuals Are they obsoleted ? or restricted to FS9 ? Hi Pete I am using Linda Linda is a nice tool as long as buttons are concerned The problem is the displays of my Saitek Pro Flight Radio and Multi Panel How can I command these displays ? with your function com.write(handle, "string") of course My concern : how can I found the handles of the HIDs open by LINDA The HID must be opened because the buttons are reacting I really appreciate your help Michel RASMIB

Hi Pete I will appreciate to receive a 12 ASCII key for the gauge VthRasX.dll I am finalized to avoid the fatal warning for the guys which are not using your FSUIPC 4 registered version This VthRasX.dll gauge is the version for FSX of the FS2004 one which is still available at "www.rasasso.org" since 2006 As soon as the beta tests are finished this gauge will be on line as FREEWARE on the hereabove named "Rhone Alpe Simulation" site. Just a word about SimConnect : I have started VthRasX by using SimConnect to recover internals FSX variables It was working on some computers, tracing strange things on some others and crashing immediatly the rest After some weeks of hard tests (trying to understand what appens) I converted everything from SimConnect to use FSUIPC (as I did for VthMb for FS2004) Any computers complains anymore And it appears that frame rate is FASTER doing the same work The gauge draws on transparent background using GDI+ which means redrawing all the 800*600 pixels 16M colors every frame (lot of work ...) Hi Pete May you remember my DLL “VthMb” running with FS2004 for which you give me a key in November 2005 I use this Vth (Viseur Tete Haute = HUD in french) for a course to train commercial pilots to the use of HUD which may be installed in Airbus 380 and Business Jets as Falcon 2000 (please refer to the “2 Oct 2008 new” of www.headupflight.net) Trainees have to select a flight by clicking one of the 8 Buttons on an Heading Dialog I have a problem to reload a Flight Clicking a button I load a flight with : FSUIPC_Write(0x3F04, strlen(name), name, &Result); FSUIPC_Write(0x3F00, 2, 0, &Result); FSUIPC_Process(1Result); It works for any selected FIRST flight It works for ANY selected SECOND flight Then it works ONLY if the same flight as the second one is selected If not FS2004 freezes I am fighting since several days I will appreciate your help What happens for this third selection ?
