Can´t Start FSUIPC Registration

Hi. I purchase a FSUIPC Key Registration. Running FS 2004 & Vista, when I click FSUIPC menu the screen gets black. I must to Scape to FS returns but without activate it. Is there any different way to registering this Module? Best regards.
