  1. Hello, sorry I come a bit late I just discovered the Google Earth overlay function in FSC and I'm all excited by it. I've read several pages including some in this very forum where it seems people have issues with the Google Earth Pro version not functionning correctly with FSC. I have FSC95 V. 9.5.1 rev2 it is the latest version I could find at the time. I'v seen people mentionning V. 10x I don't know where it is available these days, I have just checked with Simmarket and this version is not available ? I would gladly pay for another upgrade to FSC because it is such an enjoyable program that enhence fligh sim so much. I installed yesterday Google Earth Pro (I'v searched the net for version 6.1 which is to be found nowhere) and installed it. It installed in C/Program/Google/Google Earth directory. I made two shortcuts on my desk to start FSC95 and Google Earth Pro with both the box "execute as admin" checked. I also filled the path to Google Earth Pro in FSC95 (Option/online) where I pointed the path to the folder "client" below the folder "Google Earth" main folder. After starting FSX, I start FSC95 and GE Pro and click the "show position in GE" in fSC95. Sadly I always get this error message about the GE fodler "not acting as expected by the operating system" or something to that effect. My question is simple, are there people out there who are successful with this overlay function with GE ? If so, what needs to be done ? I've read as much as I could but I'm at loss how to solve this. I tried to contact Mr Volker at the 'volker.heine@fscommander.com' email adress but my emails get bounced ? Is he still around ? Sorry for the lenght of this message, any help appreciated.

  2. Hi, one question and one problem whcih I cannot solve yet.

    1) Is it possible to open FSX flight plans in FSC ?  I tried it and I get an error message. On another hand, I save all my flight plans done in FSC as FSX (.pln) and the usual PMDG stuff etc. but it seems the contrary is not possible ?

    2) Altough my FSC flight plans are saved also as .pln (for FSX) they cannot be loaded automatically by the Delco INS (CLS 747-200) I tought the INS autoload was defective but I just tried with the CLS KBOS-KSFO flight plan given by CLS as example and the autoload feature of the INS is working fine. But when I try to do it with my own fligh plan (oringated from FSC and saved as .pln) this seem not to be possible ?

Any idea why ? (different file structure, lack of coordinates etc.)

    Any help appreciated
