  2. Hey there, I was browsing the manual but couldn't find anything specific to this topic in my quick search. MSFS has added the very useful feature of choosing "extremity dead zones" when configuring axes. This comes in handy when, for example, the travel of the hardware yoke is shorter than the travel of the simulated yoke in the MSFS plane. It allows the motion travelled to be more in line with the real plane, and in the case of a short yoke shaft, reduces the tendency of having a highly sensitive yoke. Is this something I can set from within FSUIPC? It would be akin to going into the ini file and setting the axis max travel to something like 20000 instead of 16384.

Hello there, In MSFS, when using a button to control elevator trim, I noticed that on pressing an holding the button, the trim wheel or indication (in digital cockpits) moves only one short, single step in the assigned direction, then briefly pauses for about a half second, before then setting the trim continuously. Since this is not realworld behavior, I purchased FSUIPC and set Offset SWord Increment/Decrement for x0BC0 with 80/16384, hoping this would mitigate the issue. However, I observe the same behavior: holding the button moves trim by a single unit, then pauses, then rolls the trim continuously at a constant speed. The realworld behavior is the following: When pressing the trim button, trim instantly starts rolling at the preset speed until the button is released. There is no time gap, or initial "short/fine trim movement" or whatever. It just moves at the speed its supposed to move until one depresses the button. If you only want a small trim input, you simply press or shift the button or control for a shorter period of time, even if just for an instant. Is there a way to simulate the real world behavior, with no pause and constant trim input for the entire duration of button press? Kind regards, Pascal

Hi there, until now I've always used FSUIPC as the freeware version with all sorts of stuff like FSINN etc. and never looked at the true potential it offers in the payware version, so I'm all new to this right now, however I am forced to deal with it now by my newly acquired Saitek Panels. They work fine by themselves with aircraft like the standart Cessna, but of course, when it comes to more complex planes like a CS 757 or a F1 Mustang, something more sohpisticated is required for a satisfying configuration. So now I'm wondering, how far does FSUIPC go, is there a "guarantee" that I'll be able to configure e.g. all of the autopilot switches of the Mustang to specific buttons on my Saitek Panel? And will it be possible to configure things like the different light switches of the CS757 to any of the buttons on my Switch panel individually? Or is there a certain restriction, like the developers? What I'm thinking is that maybe (now just as an example) CS has configured their autopilot switches ALT, HDG select etc. in a more or less common way, and I'll be able to set those to the Saitek Panels, but then the left AP engage button for example was programmed in a company own way and it can't be configured to the AP button on the panel? Just something I'm still wondering about - If I can be certain however that all those buttons in all kinds of different planes from all kinds of different developers can be configured easily to a button on my Saitek Hardware, then be sure that I'll be a proud and happy customer of yours within the hour ;)
