  1. Hi I am using FSX and a registered version of FSUIPC (Latest version) and I am setting up the hat switch on my yoke. I can get the down, left and right buttons to scroll in the said directions, but using "view reset" and any of the other instructions to do with "up" only sends the cockpit view to the roof and it will not scroll. This is in the VC view. All hat switches are seen in fsuipc, but I cannot find the right setting for scrolling up instead of the jump straight up to the cockpit roof. A couple of other people have tried to emulate this and are getting the same result as me, so it would appear it is not being created by my set up. I am using FSX/FSUIPC on a quad core, with 4Gb ram. Any ideas on how to solve this please?
  2. Hi Peter The upgrade seems to have cured the problems thanks. Rgds Richard
  3. Hi Pete ok. I have a registered copy of FSUIPC V4.53 (reg 28th Aug 09). There are no assignments in FSX at all, but as I am using a USB yoke I cannot disable the controller as it stops it operating. All the TQ assignemnts are in FSUIPC. I have assigned and calibrated in FSUIPC: Throttle 1 Throttle 2 Reverser 1 Reverser 2 Flaps and detents Spoiler Engine fuel cutoff 1 Engine Fuel cutoff 2 Two switches for engine start Hope this helps. Happy to furnish further info if you need it Rgds Richard
  4. Hi I have a Revolution TQ with a Leo Bodnar card fitted, and have assigned all axis and calibrated them. The problem I am getting is that when I assign the flaps lever and calibrate it all is okay. Then I assign and calibrate the two reversers but then find that reverser No 2 has knocked the flaps out - not now showing as assigned. If I again reassign the Reverser No 2, the flaps will not work and are no longer present in the assignment screen. I am using FSX on a Win 7 Quad core PC. Any help much appreciated. 5. Morning I am running fsclient on a separate PC that has win2000 installed. I note that this software requiremt says it must have fsupic installed to operate, however, I have downloaded it and it doesn't seem to want to install. It goes through the motions for few seconds then nothing. FSX is on my Quad core running Vista 32 bit, and has fxpand installed. I also have fsupic installed and registered on this one. I am getting "run timer error 91" when trying to run fsclient. Any ideas or help appreciated Regards Richard
  6. Hi Peter I have just purchased the full versions of both the above and when I run fsxpand it gives me an error message saying that the connection has failed. Whilst it may not be fsupic I thought I would ask the question to see if you are able to help and shed some light on the problem. I am running Vista 32bit on a quad core. FSX, FSUPIC and FSXPAND are all on this PC. I have disabled the nag screens and disabled (temporarily) all antivirus/windows defender in case this was causing it. I am running the free AVG 8.5 antivirus. The PC is connected to a wireless router, for outbound net access. Hope you can help - getting desperate to locate the error. Kind regards Richard PS: Thank you for a fantastic program!
